• Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport. Flights from BLR, HYD and MAA generally get in around noon. Meet and greet by guide at airport

• Transfer to Sheraton Kosgoda by AC Coach

• Arrive at the hotel between 4-5.30 pm

• Cocktails and dinner at hotel

• Overnight stay at hotel​​

Sunday, January 19

 

• Buffet breakfast at hotel

• Morning excursion to turtle hatchery or Madu River boat ride

• Buffet lunch at the hotel

• Afternoon excursion to Madu River or turtle hatchery

• Lunuganga (Geoffrey Bawa’s former estate) visits at 11 am, 2pm or 3pm (optional at extra charge)

• Return to hotel by 5 pm

• Free time until 7 pm

• Buffet dinner at hotel

• Overnight stay at hotel

• Buffet breakfast at hotel

• 9.30 - 12 noon Demo day and discussion session at the hotel’s conference center 

• Proceed to Galle by AC coach at noon

• Lunch on your own at one of Galle’s many boutique cafes.

• Sightseeing in Galle

• Return to hotel by 5 pm

• Free time until 7 pm

• Banquet dinner at hotel

Tuesday, January 21

 

• Buffet breakfast at hotel

• Transfer by AC coach to Colombo

• Colombo city tour 2-5 pm

• Check in to Cinnamon lakeside Hotel

• Dinner at Thuna Paha at Water's Edge, a Sri Lankan restaurant

Wednesday, January 22

 

• Breakfast at hotel

• Free time for shopping in Colombo

• Checkout from hotel

• Those who are catching flights will be transported to the airport
